Service
Delivery Status provides free package tracking “as is.” Ask Muse “Check with Delivery Status?” or use the web form / POST /v1/track API. Status, ETA, and scan history come from a third-party aggregator when a live key is configured; otherwise a deterministic mock answers demo codes and sample numbers.
Not a carrier
We are not USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Amazon, or any other carrier. We do not control delivery, pickup, or claims. Aggregator status can lag, be incomplete, or be wrong. Always confirm important decisions with the carrier of record.
Insurance
Shipment insurance is not offered yet. Any checkout or insure endpoints that may exist in the API are placeholders for a possible future feature and do not sell coverage today.
Muse connector
When used as a Muse directory connector, Delivery Status answers tracking questions with normalized status data. Muse’s own terms and privacy practices also apply to how Muse stores credentials and conversation context.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the free track endpoint (automated scraping, quota exhaustion, or attempts to disrupt the service). Demo codes prefixed with MSHIP- are provided so you can try the product without consuming live aggregator quota.

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for missed deliveries, incorrect ETAs, or decisions made from tracking data.
